#68 I am now a shoe shopaholic.
In our recent trip to the States, I bought 9 pairs of shoes in just 2 days. My parents kept telling me to stop buying shoes since I already have a lot at home. But who can resist such great deals? And by great, I mean getting all these for less than $50!
So now, I have no idea how they can all fit in my room. Any shoe storage ideas?
#67 I don’t remove price tags on clothes until I wear them.
That way, I would easily know which clothes I haven’t worn yet. It also helps me keep track if I really am wearing items I buy.
#66 Nail biting
I have a friend who bites her nails and since I’m so into painting my nails. I told her that she should paint her nails too so she’d find it hard to bite it if it looks pretty and polished. She tried it and it worked. She can now grow her nails. So proud of her!!
#65 Freefall Sleep
Lately, I’ve been having a hard time sleeping early. And this is how I usually end up sleeping which is weird because I used to always sleep in a fetal position, wherein I lie curled on one side with legs bent.
#64 Open closet
I have the exact same closet rack and this is how my open closet looked like. But I just recently bought a new one that best suits my need. Now, I can get rid of my dresser completely. Yay for this space savers!
#63 Thomas Edison
I helped my brother write something about Thomas Edison. So I researched on his biography and found out that he had poor hearing. And even if he already had the means to get an operation, he refused it. His rationale was that he was afraid he would have difficulty re-learning how to channel his thinking in an ever more noisy world. I liked how he focused on the advantages of his condition instead of being all sorry about it.
And for me, his last words portrayed his positive outlook in life.

It’s one of my all time favorite movies. I’ll never get tired of watching it. Before, I would always mimic how a princess should act. Then I feel like an instant princess being all prim and proper.

I want to see Paris at night. They say it’s a really romantic place. Can’t wait to see the Eiffel Tower and eat French macaroons while I’m there. Oh, and I wanna learn French as well! Then I’d go get a Paris-inspired notebook and write about my travel.

I watched the movie before I even read the book. So when I was getting into the last few pages of the book, I was somehow expecting a happy ending. But it turned out to be a heartbreaking one instead. It’s sad when two persons who truly love each other can’t be together. Oh, life.
